1. the Property itself, nestled in Coorg's natural habitat.. surrounded by woods/greenery and it gives the feeling of living in a jungle 2. The adventure activities are real fun for families 3. The morning walks are just so refreshing and the best thing in the property 4. Indoor activities too are fun for kids and families 5. The activities they did during Dasara were amazing. like Ram leela/ Live performance/ Singing/ DJ nights etc

The overall experience and the greenery was quite pleasant. The location of the property is quite good too, just enough away from the main city and at the same time well connected. I loved long walks inside the property, along with the Happy Hub, Spa, etc. services. The staff from Happy Hub was one of the best, especially the one who conducted the activities i.e. Adventure one & Plantation walk.

Customer Service, food at the Green Cardamom, cleanliness, the travel desk and their facilities like Happy Hub with a number of indoor and outdoor activities were all great. We could name a number of employees in the different areas who made every effort to make the stay enjoyable.

The staff are very friendly and competent. Check in and check out was very quick. Resort is a great place for those who love to walk and for bird watching. Other than the sounds of birds, it was mostly very quiet. Silence is a luxury these days and we enjoyed it very much.
